Description
Gur is unrefined whole cane sugar boiled down in open pans at smallholder crushing units — a living tradition in the cane belt around our region. It keeps the molasses, minerals, and caramel depth that refined sugar strips out, and demand in diaspora retail grows every season.
We consolidate from vetted units working with clean pans and no synthetic clarifiers, then grade blocks by colour — golden to dark amber — before export packing.
