Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line. Bulk commodities (salt, rice, sugar) generally start at one 20 ft container; specialty lines such as bath salt, sajji khaar, and dry dates start from 2–10 MT; and handcrafted items (lamps, kitchenware) from 200–500 units. The exact MOQ is stated on each product page and confirmed in your quotation.
What are your shipping and trade terms?
Our standard quotation basis is FOB Karachi. On request we also quote CFR/CIF to your destination port. We handle export clearance, container stuffing supervision, and all origin documentation; sea freight to your port is arranged either by your nominated forwarder or by ours.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes — private label is core to our business. We print retail pouches, jars, boxes, and bag artwork at origin to your brand guidelines, from 25 kg export sacks down to 250 g retail packs. Artwork approval proofs are provided before production.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We ship pre-production samples by international courier, typically within 3–5 working days. Samples of standard grades are free of charge; buyers cover courier costs, which are credited back against the first commercial order.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are an advance percentage with balance against copy of shipping documents (T/T), or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight for established trade. Exact terms are agreed per contract and stated on the proforma invoice.
What is your production and shipping lead time?
For stock grades, containers are typically ready 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. Private-label and custom-cut production runs 3–5 weeks depending on packaging material lead times. Transit time depends on your destination port; we advise current schedules at booking.
What certifications and documents do you provide?
Every shipment carries a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading, plus phytosanitary or health certificates where the product requires them. Product-specific lab reports (purity, moisture, PSD) accompany food and cosmetic grades. Ask our export desk for the current certification file for your market.
What packaging options are available?
Bulk options include 25 kg and 50 kg laminated PP bags, jumbo (FIBC) bags of 1,000–1,250 kg, drums, and lined loose-in-container. Retail options include printed pouches, doypacks, jars, grinder bottles, and gift cartons — all available under your own label.
