Description
Sajji khaar is the traditional natural alkali of our region, produced by controlled burning of desert saltwort shrubs and collected as fused mineral lumps. It remains an essential ingredient in traditional food preparation — from tenderising sajji to regional breads — and a base material for natural soap makers.
We supply cleaned, hand-sorted lumps free of sand and char, a grading step most origin suppliers skip and the reason repeat buyers stay with us.
